Matthew Piper is the only photographer represented in our gallery. Unlike normal reproductive photography, Piper's images are each unique and original artworks. Beginning with an infrared black and white photo, Piper proceeds to hand-color each photo with watercolor pencils and/or paint. His images are not colorized by a computer. Each image is available in different sizes ranging from 9 x 12 to 24 x 30 and each image is individually hand-colored. Piper resides in Northern California.
